These terms cover prikuraproject.com and anything you buy from it. Using the site means you accept them.

**Orders and pricing**

Prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer; the order is accepted when we confirm it. We can correct a price or a description that went up wrong, and we can cancel and fully refund an order placed at an obviously mistaken price.

The founding collection is capped. When a colorway closes, it closes. We are not going to quietly reopen it later.

**Made to order**

Garments are produced by a print-on-demand partner after your order comes through. Color on a screen never matches fabric exactly, and print placement shifts slightly from shirt to shirt because a person aligns it. That is the nature of the thing, not a defect.

**Word pages and audio**

Each shirt carries a code that opens a word page — the word said out loud, what it literally means, what it means, and how it is used. We intend to keep those pages up and working. We may change how they look, where they live, or what sits on them.

**What belongs to whom**

The Chamorro and Carolinian languages belong to no one and to all of us. We do not own the words.

What we own is our artwork, our layouts, our recordings, our writing, and the Prikura name and marks. Do not reproduce, resell, or print those without written permission.

Coloring books and printables are licensed for personal, family, and classroom use. Print as many copies as you need for your own kids or your own students. Do not resell them and do not redistribute the files.

**Using the site**

Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site. Do not use it for anything unlawful.

**Accuracy**

We work carefully with the language, and we check our sources. If you find something wrong, tell us — prikuraproject@gmail.com. Corrections are welcome and they get made.

**Liability**

To the extent the law allows, Prikura is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its products. Our liability for any order will not exceed what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

**Governing law**

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing here limits consumer protections you have under the laws of the place you live.

**Changes**

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page.
