Refund policy

Every Prikura shirt is made after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. The shirt you ordered was printed in your size, in your color, because you asked for it.

That shapes everything below.

**If something arrives wrong**

A misprint, a flaw in the shirt, damage in transit, or the wrong item entirely — that one is ours. Email prikuraproject@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We replace it or refund it. You do not need to ship anything back.

**Sizing**

Sizing is the one we cannot fix after the fact, because there is no second shirt sitting on a shelf to swap you into. Every listing has a size chart. Pull out a shirt you already own and love, measure it flat, compare, then order.

*Prikura nai.* We say that knowing full well half of us will order our usual size anyway and sort it out later.

**Coloring books and other downloads**

Digital files are yours the moment they download, so they are not refundable. If a file will not open or a download link fails, email us and we will send it again. That part is always free.

**Canceling an order**

Reach us within 24 hours of ordering and we can usually stop it before production starts. After that the shirt exists and it is on its way to you.
